Personal Experience
Daniel is accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker which demonstrates his skill and expertise in this area of law. He is committed to delivering a high standard of representation to clients facing complex legal issues which fundamentally affect their lives.
He frequently conducts advocacy and represents clients in the First-tier Tribunal of the Immigration Asylum Chamber challenging the Home Office’s decisions. He has successfully represented clients in a large variety of immigration applications and appeals, with particular experience in asylum claims and private and family life applications. He also specialises in European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), detention, bail, nationality law and European Economic Area (EEA) law.
Daniel recently completed the Notarial Practice Course at UCL and anticipates to specialise as a Notary Public in the near future.
